Indoor cam is registered and online but will not stream. Not sure what else to try other then send it back.
Hi @user18421. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? Are you receiving a specific error message when you attempt to active the Live View? A good place to start with any Live View concerns would be our Community post on it here, which includes a list of troubleshooting tips and tricks. This can help you narrow down what is causing the Live View on your Indoor Cam to not activate.
