Indoor Cam doesn't work anymore

I do not know how I can get intouch with ring support. When I sent an e-mail, they say I must call. When I call I can not speak to someone in dutch. I have a problem. My ring indoor cam has stopped working after 2 months. From the beginning of May I already had problems with images.

These were green or striped and black. I have followed the instructions to reconnect the indoor cam, but the indoor cam is no longer responding.

Where can I sent the broken indoor cam too, so I can get a new one?

I bought it march 2020.

Google ring support in your country and call that number. I called a few weeks ago and got through straight away (UK)
