Individual live view on my desktop CPU does not work. I can view all of my cameras under the dashboard, and they all will update every few seconds. But, when I select live view for one individual camera, it goes in to the connecting message and it never connects. This was never an issue until the last couple of weeks, maybe more. If I use the app on my phone, no issues there, just on my desktop CPU. Does anyone else use their desktop CPU and are having the same issue as I am?
Hi @EnP_Ring. Which web browser are you using to access Ring.com? You can find a list of supported browsers in this Help Center article. Make sure you check your web browser permissions to ensure that Ring.com can access and utilize your microphone. The microphone is used for the two-way audio on Live View and if the permission is disabled, it can cause the Live View to not work.
