Incorrect password when setting up device

I’m currently using video ring door bell (2020 released). I have been using quite a while with no issue. The door bell was not connect to the network after it has been fully charged. When I was trying to setting up the device, it keep saying “incorrect wifi password”, however I am sure that the password I have keyed in was correct, and the password does not include any special character. Please help

Sometimes devices can’t use really long passwords, say above 50 characters. Also if you have a neighbor who’s using the same SSID could be an issue.
As a test you might move one of your WiFi Access Point to as close to the doorbell as possible. Ideally on the other side of the wall from it to see if you can get a connection.
If none of those work, try a full reset of the doorbell and start from scratch.
