incompréhensible sound outside

When I speak to someone outside through the doorbell, the sound is incomprhensible.

People can’t understand me ! The sound is bad.

Am i alone ?

Hey @Worx! Audio quality is often related to network or streaming connection. The best first step is to check your RSSI under the Device Health in your Ring app. Check out our Community post for tips on maintaining a great RSSI.

Mobile device microphone and connection strength is another factor to consider. Please ensure all other apps are closed, as well as disabling bluetooth or VPNs for optimal performance. Removing and uninstalling the Ring app, and trying on cellular data, versus wifi, might also help to improve audio. Let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
