Hi,
I have hard wired my ring 3 plus and have discovered that my Deta C3500 doorbell is incompatible.
Is there a fix for this, as I would like doorbell to chime in house?
Also is the incompatible doorbell preventing my hard wiring from working, as showing battery in app?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hey @kingdomoffife. That is correct, you’ll want to install a compatible chime kit and transformer to provide a trickle charge to your Doorbell’s battery as well as allow your internal doorbell to ring.
