i had an incident happened to my house , but it was more than 60 days ago , im desperate to get that history , is there a way ring support could provide me these videos ? its the only way i can prove it happened
Sorry to hear about this, @mtsmello! At Ring we value your security and your privacy. For this reason, we do not save any recordings without your authorization via subscribing, nor do we keep recordings for longer than the Protect Plan time frame. After 60 days all videos are deleted, even if starred. We highly recommend using the starred feature as a visual reminder of what to save, as well as using the download option to externally save the most important videos.
