Impossible to hear people with Video Doorbell Wired

The Ring DoorBell is a product that works not very well. I have Ring products for more than 2 years, and I am used to the common problems - people not detected on the video, for exemple, a package is left in front of the camera but no recording of who left it - sometime 45 delay about when someone is detected and the notification on my phone (all settings are corrects, ...) - Ring Chime get disconnected and we have to manually plug and unplug the device to get it back to work But now, it is getting worse : - Someone press the button on the RingDoor bell, and the communication is impossible. We hear only 10% of the sound. The RingDoor Bell is then useless... anyone has the same issue ? Steve

    Hi @stivoberlin. It sounds like all of your concerns are related to your network. What is the RSSI for your device? You can try changing the WiFi channels your device is connected to, Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407014643732-How-to-Change-Router-Channels-). This can help when your WiFi channels are overcrowded.
