My free trial of the protect plan just ended. It’s impossible for me to set up a paid plan because whatever i do, I just land back on the “Dashboard” page of the website. I’ve tried in three different browsers and also on my iphone. (And through the app, you just get sent from the app to Safari anyway.) Clicking the orange button that says “Get Basic” takes me to the dashboard. on the dashboard page, there’s a menu link near the top left called “Protect Plan” but clicking that just takes me back to the dashboard page i was already on. from the main en-uk.ring.com page the protect plans link does work, in that it takes me to Ring Protect Plans, but on THAT page the Get Basic page again takes me to the dashboard. There’s no way out of this loop, and I can’t be the only one…? Any advice about dealing with this shoddy, broken website gratefully received…
Not sure what is going on so perhaps one of the moderators can help. You can also get the plans through Amazon (they own Ring).
Hi @silvertone953. I would first ensure that you are signed in on Ring.com. Once signed in, click on the Protect Plan button, towards the center of the screen on the top of the page. You should be able to follow the on-screen prompts from there. If you’ve tried this to no avail, you can contact our support team and they would be more than happy to assist you further.
