My neighbor had something stolen off his car last night. I was hoping to see if my ring camera caught anything, but I don’t have a subscription plan. If I were to sign up for the subscription plan today, what I be able to see video from yesterday?
Hi @pmaki. I’m sorry to hear about what happened with your neighbor. The answer to your question is no, you aren’t able to go back and view previous events from before you had a valid Ring Protect plan in place. These events will not be saved unless you have a plan. Once you have a subscription in place, any events that are recorded moving forward will be saved for 60 days. You can read more about the Ring Protect plans we have in our Help Center Article here.
