Ring App
I stop receiving notifications after 1 day
I have a camera spotlight. I get motion notifications but if I don't check my ring app everyday then the notifications stop coming though to my phone. I then have to open the app to restart the motion notifications coming again. I've logged out of the ring app and logged back in again but this hasn't helped.

Hi neighbors. You can find troubleshooting steps for notification issues on iOS devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Apple-iOS-Devices), and on Android devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices). Ensure you do not have Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode on, as notifications would be suppressed. If this continues to happen despite checking the above, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) to see how to contact support.

I’m not getting notifications either anymore on my iPhone. I just got my Ring video doorbell 3 this month and stopped getting motion alert notifications in the last several days, it seems. I reset my doorbell and was getting notifications again for a day or so but now it’s not happening. I don’t have any focus turned on. My events show up in the app and I do sometimes get an alert when I go into the app and test my motion alerts out. But then I stop getting alerts again. So frustrating that I paid for the doorbell and I’m not getting the most important notifications to me.

Hi @Marcushopton. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? This information will point us in the right direction for assisting with this issue.
