I shared with my spouse but he cant see it

I followed everything in the tutorials to add a shared user, my spouse, to the ring doorbell.

He has an account setup, i sent the invite, he accepted the invite, and i double checked everything. We did everything correctly but he does not see anything on his end at all like it never connected. We even tried removing and re-adding him and nothing changed.

Hi @Aisling. If he has accepted the Shared Users invite correctly, he should be able to view device in his Ring app. First, check to see if he is on the correct Location. Next, under the Shared Access menu, does it show that he has access to all devices?
