Hi @user77450. To remove your old Doorbell from your account, follow these steps:

  • Open the Ring app
  • Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner) and tap on Devices.
  • Select the Video Doorbell you need to remove.
  • Tap Device Settings
  • Select General Settings
  • Tap on Remove Device and follow the steps to remove it.
