I purchased the plan for my car cam, but it still won’t allow me to use PIP or Priority Alerts. It says Feature Locked.

Hi @Starla1. Ring Protect Go provides additional features for the Ring Car Cam only. Priority Alerts and Picture in Picture are not available for the Ring Car Cam, only select Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras. Additionally, Picture in Picture requires a Ring Protect Plus or Pro subscription, which is different from Ring Protect Go. If you want access to these features for a Ring Doorbell or Security Camera, you would need to subscribe to the Ring Protect Plus or Pro plan. I hope this helps clear things up.
