I need to get a video back from October last year , is there any way I can do this ?
Videos will be permanently lost from deletion, subscription lapses, or the Video Storage Time expiring. To keep your videos for longer than this time, download them to your mobile device using the share/ download options in the Ring app. The default recording storage time is 60 days, if you are in the US.
