I need to connect my ring cam to new device as my old mobile damaged
Help me to connect ring cam to new device because my old device is not working
Just download the Ring app and sign in. Everything will be there.

Hi @1232! As @Eagle328 shared, your Ring account will contain your devices even when removing the Ring app. When using a new mobile device, simply install the Ring app and sign in with your normal Ring account credentials. Once signed in, you will see all of your devices available. As long as you have not also changed wifi networks, these devices should still be online as well!
