I need help, signed in another device and cannot disconnect previous device
account-settings

Please help. I have not used the ring in a while. I previously signed on another device and when I wanted to use it again I signed on another. The device is no longer listed as a device on the first device therefore I cannot delete it or share the device. Please help

    Hi @user44133. While Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account at a time, you cans sign into your Ring account on a different smartphone or tablet and still access your Ring devices. Make sure you verify the original email address and password for your Ring account, and then sign in using those credentials. If you no longer remember the original password, you can reset it.       Have not used my ring in a while was listed under different user and password have changed to new user and password need to start using new account and want to pay with basic account!

        Hi @user_0692cf. If your Ring devices are still set up under your original Ring account, you would need to remove them, or begin the device ownership transfer process. You can learn more here https://ring.com/support/articles/k8jn9/transfer-device-ownership.
