I need help, signed in another device and cannot disconnect previous device

Please help. I have not used the ring in a while. I previously signed on another device and when I wanted to use it again I signed on another.

The device is no longer listed as a device on the first device therefore I cannot delete it or share the device.

Hi @user44133. While Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account at a time, you cans sign into your Ring account on a different smartphone or tablet and still access your Ring devices. Make sure you verify the original email address and password for your Ring account, and then sign in using those credentials. If you no longer remember the original password, you can reset it.
