I lost my iPhone Notifications when I added the Ring Skill to Alexa

So I got an Amazon Echo 5 and added the Ring Skill to Alexa via my iPhone app. Now I no longer get notifications from the Ring App on my iPhone.

I have tried to disable / enable my Ring Skill on Alexa. I have looked in both the Ring App and Notifications settings on my iPhone and both are set to send Notifiactions.

Any ideas?
