I hear, but you can't hear me

I have a problem with my ring doorbell 1.
I see, I hear, but I cannot communicate vocally with the person outside, they cannot hear me, yet the WIFI is working.
I have to pair the WIFI again, it works for a few hours, then nothing again and so on.
Is there a solution to the problem?

Hi @lynyrd. It’s possible that the Ring App doesn’t have permission to use the microphone via your phone’s settings. You can find steps on how to enable permissions for the Ring App to use your microphone in our Help Center Article here.
