I have lost video and microphone. My Ring Pro is offline. I tried all the suggested fixes with no success

My product is offline. I tried all the recommended fixes. Video is still offline. Electricity is fine. Gateway is fine. I reconnect and it says it’s reconnected. But I’m still offline. So now what. Is it dead and do I need a new one. Will this happen to the new one eventually? I’m not happy and I really miss my Ring video and microphone. Also the other indoor camera is offline.
