I have the ring protect plan so all of my events should be visible to me, but they’re not. I had 2 events go missing from my timeline that I had previously watched several times. The authorities are requesting the videos but now I can find them. Any way to find them again?

If these events were from more than 60 days ago, they would no longer be available in the Ring App. With a Ring Protect Plus plan, your videos will be saved in the Ring App for up to 60 days, during which you can download them if you’ll need to keep them for future reference. Once the videos are deleted from the Ring App, there is no way to recover them. You can read more about Ring Protect plans here. I hope this information helps!
