I have a Video doorbell 2 linked to an inside chime - Doorbell has stopped working - cannot hear visitors

I am unable to hear the doorbell working from my chime, my two android phones and my tablet. The door bell is often delayed and the sound is extremely low - meaning I miss my visitors when they arrive. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi there, @Kcsmiley. Notification sounds can be altered within the Ring app and on the mobile devices themselves. The Ring Chime and Doorbell will have Chime Tone or App Alert Tone options in their respective Ring app device settings. There will be an option for increasing volume sounding for alerts. Your mobile devices will also have sound preferences that can be used to increase certain audio. As for the delay in notification, this is often caused by wifi signal interference. Check out our [Community post about RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) for tips on optimizing signal. I hope this helps! :)
