I have a ring 2 and trying to install a used ring 4 but even though it connects to wifi, it does not show live or preview video. Should i do a factory reset or is there a etting i am missing?

Hi @user31346. Is there a particular error message you're seeing when you attempt to access the Live View? What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? If the RSSI is high, this indicates an unstable wifi connection and Live View may not load when you try to activate it.
