I get snapshot of motion detected but not saved?

Over the past 24 hours I’ve had my Ring Pro first go offline - then back on when I highlighted no change made to WiFi.
I received 5 notification snapshots of motion detection over night on my cell phone but they are not in my list of viewable events. What’s going on?

Hi @Marjala55. In the Ring app, what does your health report say under Device Health? If it shows a clean bill of health, I would reach out to our support team to investigate what exactly is happening. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
