I cannot hear the doorbell when it is pushed
Hi @Senseoftime. Would you mind clarifying which part of the Doorbell you’re not able to hear when the button is pressed? Is there no audio played from the Doorbell itself, or are you not receiving a notification? Additionally, what model of Doorbell do you have? This information can be found on the Device Health screen of the Ring App. With more information, a member of the team or another neighbor from the Community can try and provide some helpful troubleshooting tips for you.
