I didn't get notification after get back online

Dears before i'm getting all notifications from Ring application on my phone when i back online and connected to internet, but unfortunately now i not getting any of notification after back online could you please need your advise about this issue, apricating your attention, thank you.

Hi there, @VIRUS007! To ensure your device is connected to the internet, please following the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). Once reconnected, toggle a live view to confirm the device is remaining online. Then, check your motion and alert settings in the Ring app. Feel free to let us know how this goes. :)

Dear Sir may you didn't got my point, what i'm facing here as follow: my ring device is always connected to the wifi and there is no problem with wifi connection or internet service what i meant : when my phone offline, sure i will not get any push notification from ring application because my phone is disconnect from internet ok ? when my phone back online so i should receive all notifications from ring application that i missed when my phone was offline is that right? the issue here that i'm not receiving any notification from the application about my missing events so i have to open manually the ring application and reach to the history to manually check if there is missed events or not, hope you got my point sir and thank you for your attention.

Hi @VIRUS007. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is it running? I would ensure that both your phones OS and Ring app are up to date for the best experience. Hello Again My Ring application version is 3.40.0 and my mobile is Motorola G 5G Plus also im facing new issue here which is very hard to activate the live view so many times the live view didn't activated when i need it

Hi @VIRUS007. There can be a few things that contribute to Live View issues. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/214750126-Ring-App-is-Having-Trouble-Showing-Video-and-Not-Connecting-to-Your-Ring-Device) has some great tips and tricks for troubleshooting Live View. I hope this helps.
