Once reconnected, toggle a live view to confirm the device is remaining online. Then, check your motion and alert settings in the Ring app. Feel free to let us know how this goes.

Dear Sir
may you didn’t got my point, what i’m facing here as follow:
my ring device is always connected to the wifi and there is no problem with wifi connection or internet service
what i meant : when my phone offline, sure i will not get any push notification from ring application because my phone is disconnect from internet ok ?
when my phone back online so i should receive all notifications from ring application that i missed when my phone was offline is that right?
