I can't hear the caller on Ring door 2

Please help, I can’t hear the caller on ring doorbell 2.
I have test with reinstall the ring app didn’t help.
I also reconnect the ring door twice didn’t help.
I test configuration on other phone same problem.
Configuration on Samsung and iPhone the problem is same.

You’ve covered a lot of the basic troubleshooting steps, but one more thing you can try is to fully reset the Doorbell and set it back up in the Ring App. To reset it, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, follow the steps in the Ring App under Set Up a Device to set it back up. If you’re still not able to hear any visitors at your Doorbell on the Live View, after pressing the green phone icon in the bottom corner, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
