I can’t delete files from event history on one camera. There are no problems with the rest of the cameras .
Hi @user32567. First, always ensure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available. Are you the Owner of this Camera or a Shared User? If you’re the Owner, you should be able to delete videos from the Event History. Are you seeing a specific error message when trying to do so? Feel free to share a screenshot or short screen recording of what you see on your end.
