I cannot renew the subscription from Netherlands

I am trying to renew my subscription and i am unable to do it via my credit card from Netherlands. It always says something went wrong and that’s it. Its been a while i am trying this and it never worked and this is the last try. Any help recommended. I have a perfectly working credit card so thats not the issue.
