I cannot relog on after having charged my doorbell


I charged my doorbell - my phone is chiming when there is movement outside. SO that’s fine

However when I try to see the activity ( the reason for the chiming) in ring app history, my phone is forcing me to log into the app ( retype username/address/phone number/PW )

And the app is not recognizing and keeps giving me a big red X with a “something went wrong” pop up.

I’ve done this before many times with no problem

Does anyone have ideas on ow tog et around this?

Hi @C330! As long as you are using your Ring account credentials, the log in should work. Although, as you mentioned receiving notifications, the Ring app should be logged in already. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, then log in and test video. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled, and your Protect Plan subscription is active.
