I cannot reconnect my phone and I also cannot see my dashboard anymore

I some how disconnected the ability to my dashboard. I can no longer see with the ring camera. It still tells me if someone is there but that is delayed.

Hi @user37224. If your Ring app is not working correctly to show you your dashboard, try the following steps:

  • Double-check that your Ring app and phone are up to date with the most recent updates.

  • Disable any active VPNs on your phone.

  • If possible, clear the cache and data for the Ring app in your phone settings.

  • Reboot your phone.
