I cannot change my wifi connection with my ring doorbell

I’m having trouble with my ring doorbell and resetting the wifi connection…we changed our network and I cannot figure out how to change it. I’ve read the responses to this question from other people, but when I select the “3 bars on the left” …the devices don’t show up! I can add a device…but that I have already done. There are other options on the 3 bars, but nothing that gets me to a device list. Help please! Thanks.

The simplest way to replace a router is to just set the SSID and password to the same as the previous one. All your devices will then reconnect automatically without having to reset each device separately. Hopefully this will help you…
