So I tried to reset my ring doorbell but I found out that I could not do that once I deleted my location now I really need help lol.
We’re here to help @bossman60! If you’ve deleted your device from the account and removed the location, you will likely need to perform a new setup from scratch in the Ring app. During this setup, the app should request the entry of your location information.
If your device is mentioning a previous owner and not allowing setup, it is likely referring to yourself in which the change of ownership process should be followed. Luckily there will be no time for you to wait as that authorization email will go to the email listed on your account. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
