When someone rings the bell or I get a motion detection alert I can speak to them on my phone and they can hear me but I can’t hear them at all. Was working fine for a month but I’ve just recently recharged my battery and today I’ve turned my chime on from my office

I would first recommend that you try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. If that doesn’t do the trick, then you may want to do a full reset and new setup of your Doorbell. To reset it, you’ll need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s complete, you just need to walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. After that’s done, test out the two-way audio on your Doorbell again and let me know if it is working correctly for you.
