I can no longer view history using web at Ring.com, but I can see it on my iPhone and iPad using Ring App

I I can no longer view history using web at Ring.com, but I can see it on my iPhone and iPad using Ring App. I tried Chrome and Safari on my Macbook, and Chrome on my Windows machine all the same. Message is “Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Please refresh the page to try again.”

Hi @chillyc90. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error you are getting? Have you tried using an incognito tab in your browser? Is there an active VPN? Thank you for this information.
