I baught a new doorbell but it comes up registered to someone else. how do I fix and set up
Hi @geomurph. If this was a new purchase from a authorized retail location, I suggest returning it for a new device. If this was purchased secondhand, you’ll have to follow the protocols in this Help Center article here.
