I am unable to ‘delete all’ events in ‘history’; I can only delete individually

I am unable to delete ‘all’ events in video history. I can delete events individually as per Ring instructions. When following instructions for‘delete all’ when I get to ‘actions’, it’s not there. Up until this week I had no problem doing this in the Ring app. ??

Hi @user72230. What type of phone and what version of the Ring app do you have installed? There should be a pencil icon you can tap on in the Event History to access the Delete All feature. Feel free to share a screenshot of what you are seeing in the Ring app.
