I am the original owner and user of my Ring. After getting a new router and putting in the password, nothing would connect on the Ring.
Not knowing what a headache it has been, I decided to forget device in hopes to reinstall on the app. I’ve tried to add a “new device” on the app. Now it says it’s register to another user but my app shows no devices.
- I’ve deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled 3 times.
- I’ve restarted my phone 3 times.
- I’ve pressed and held the orange reset button at least a dozen times.
I feel defeated and about to buy a different video doorbell system unless someone has an easy resolve.
Any ideas???
