I am only using 2 cameras, the 3rd one broke when I tried to change batteries. Please dont charge me for it. And why cant I reach a human customer service?

Thank you. This is ridiculous. I wish I would have known about the poor customer service before I purchased .

Actually, Dish and Consumer Cellular are good to name a couple that come to mind.
