Hub not connecting

I have the doorbell 3 with battery. I have it connected to my Samsung phone. The chime works with the phone.
I also have chime Pro. I can’t get the hub to work, It continually shows a solid blue light. I have rebooted with the button on the side. But still does work. Hope someone can help.

Hi @tdc2316. Can you please clarify what device you mean when you’re talking about the hub? Are you talking about the Video Doorbell or a Ring Chime?
