How do I upgrade my neighborhood app to view videos?

I was having the same issue with my Note 9 app. What you have to do is go into your settings, then go into your Apps and locate Ring. Once you click on it, it will take you to Google playstore and should say “Update”. Once this is updated, click “open” and wala you have updated your appt!. Now you will be able to see all videos.
