Hi @Rzig. The Range Extender 2nd Generation should have a small button on the front of it. While plugged in, tap it, and if it turns green, it means its on and connected to your Base Station. You can also go to your Ring app, go to your Alarm Devices list, and look for the Range Extender. There, it will say if it is online or offline.
