Hi,
After about 45 days my Ring 2020 disconnected from our wifi and will not reconnect. I just added a new RING yesterday for another entrance and it connected with no issues, so I believe the issue is with the original RING. After reading some articles I think I need to reset the device but I don’t have the original documentation with the scan code. Any ideas on how to do this? Or any other trouble shooting suggestions to get the RING to connect to the WIFI?
