How to reset base station red light

My base station has red light after an alarm was triggered. I disarmed and armed it again but the light is still red. How do I make it blue again? Thanks!

1. Unplug the Base Station from its power source. 2. Remove the battery from the device. 3. Replace the battery, and re-plug your device back in. 4. After a full power cycle, the device should be reset.
