I have recently moved into a new home that has a Ring 2 installed. The previous owner left me no documentation or tools. I would like to reprogram the Ring 2 for my own use. The first thing it asks for is the MAC address, which is in the back of the device. How do I uninstall the device from the wall so that I can get to the back of the device? Does the bottom security screw require a special tool?
