How to re-activate mom's camera?

My 85 year old mother lives 1,100 miles away. When I last visited, I set up a Ring video camera, connected it to her WiFi, installed the Ring app on her iPad, and confirmed everything was working. Now, several months later, her camera shows up as “Device Deactivated” in the app.

I’m not physically there (and can’t be for a while) and she’s 85 and shouldn’t be climbing a ladder to where I installed the camera on her patio. How can I get the camera reactivated?

Hi @webwiz. In order to get this device back online, someone will need to be physically by the device with a Ring app that is signed into the account. You’ll need to navigate to the Device Health menu to reconnect the device to WiFi.
