How to disable alert sounds on the ring video doorbell external device

Hi,

I’ve installed the Ring video doorbell 4 lately.
It worked fine for few days and suddenly it started to play the alerts sounds not only on my phone but also on the nit itself, alerting whoever bypass near the device.
How can I disable the device itself from sounding these alerts and that they will play only on my phones?
