How to confirm spotlight camera is dead

I have solar powered wifi spotlight cam which is offline. It was working well until recently; I’ve made no changes to my WiFi system.
3 other similarly connected solar WiFi spotlight cams are functional and connect to WiFi.
I have charged batteries, swapped batteries, and restarted my router, all without any blinking of any of the lights on the bottom of the offline camera.

Is there anything else I should check before I declare that this camera is dead?

Hi @BD1. Try fully resetting the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.
