My parents have a ring cam still getting used to it but I know of a incident where a video footage timestamp has been manipulated and changed about three times wondering how thats possible I can share the shots if possible

Hi @user62545. Nothing in the Ring app allows a user to change or alter the timestamps on recorded events. I can't speak for any third party software that someone might try to use on a downloaded video, but the timestamp and date information in the Ring app is not changeable within the Ring app itself.
