You can wire up to 8 zones with one Retrofit Alarm Kit. If you have more than 8 zones, you can add additional Retrofit Alarm Kit. You’ll still need the Ring Alarm Base Station to utilize these Retrofit Alarm kits.

Yes, so you can add 3 or 4 retrofit units . . . and even more!
With the Ring Protection Plan “Plus” you can have 100 Ring products under this single plan. The Retrofit Alarm Kit is a device that “talks” to your Ring Alarm Base Station via the wireless Z-Wave frequency. And then your Alarm Base Station “talks” to you through the Internet (either by wireless Wi-Fi frequencies (2.4GHz or 5GHz) or via a hard-wired Ethernet cable to your router). Therefore you could add up to 99 devices to your Alarm Base Station ( 100 - Base Station device = 99 ).
